About Kyle
REAL ESTATE MARKETING SPECIALIST
Kyle was born and raised in Encinitas and is a second generation California native. He has first hand knowledge of the local community participating in sports and attending school in the San Dieguito Unified School District. His mother and partner Janet McCollough has been an agent in Encinitas for more than 23 years. Kyle’s father a custom home builder and investment property owner manages his own rentals. Together they have provided Kyle with an expansive knowledge of the real estate business. After graduating high school Kyle attended college at The University of Hawaii where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the Shidler College of Business. Completing courses such as Customer Behavior, Marketing Research, Professional Selling, Sales Management, and Marketing Strategy, just to name a few, taught Kyle skills that will effectively assist him in positioning and marketing properties in today’s market place. Kyle’s experience, local knowledge, and education have prepared him to provide his clients with the top quality service they deserve.
